MACK's Offensive
Mack Rides has modified its corporate image, and optimised its production and product spectrum. Centre point of the optimisation is the new manufacturing technology for roller coaster tracks: high-tech production, trough which gauging and alignments can be omitted. Calculations made by the computer are transfered directly to the rounding machine an examined by a laser. Production at the so-called "O-Level" results in a 50 per cent savings in time, as well as higher precision.
During the IAAPA show, Mack Rides presented its new look at an equally new trade fair stand, part of their corporate design.
After the successful delivery of a water coaster to Sea World San Diego, a water ride similar to the Poseidon at the Europa Park will be opening this summer at the Aqua Show Park in Faro, Portugal. The Dutch amusement park Drievliet has ordered a Powered Coaster, and Europa Park will be receiving a big new Splash.
In Vienna, Mack present its water coaster concept for the first time. The boats will rock and waver more than usual both in the water and above the water surface, giving passengers the feeling of really sitting in a small boat.
By the way: to push distribution of Mack products in the USA, Bob Dean has been responsible for distribution of the large product spectrum for over half a year now.
